Studio Synopsis: A trio of elite private investigators armed with the latest in high-tech tools, high-performance vehicles, martial arts techniques and a vast array of disguises unleash their state-of-the-art skills on land, sea and air to track down a kidnapped computer ace and keep his top-secret voice-identification software out of lethal hands.

In Charlie’s Angels, a sexy, high-octane update of the original ’70s action-comedy TV series, Natalie (Cameron Diaz), Dylan (Drew Barrymore) and Alex (Lucy Liu), alongside faithful lieutenant Bosley (Bill Murray), must foil an elaborate murder-revenge plot that could not only destroy individual privacy worldwide, but spell the end of Charlie and his Angels.

Fuzzydog Review: A fun, fast-paced and frantic adventure, Charlie's Angels feels like a quirky, tongue-in-cheek combination of James Bond, Mission Impossible: 2, The Matrix and...well...Charlie's Angels (the TV show)!  It's light, it's cheesy and it has absolutely no nutritional value...and if it sounds just a little bit like junk food, then you've really got the idea here.  Cameron Diaz, Drew Barrymore, Lucy Liu and Bill Murray reincarnate the Angels characters from way back in the 70's, and (for the most part) it's an entertaining ride.  There's costumes, there's explosions, there's martial arts.  There's comedy, there's adventure...there's Diaz, Barrymore and Liu!  Heck, if the film itself wasn't such a disorganized mess, I might actually consider it good.  As it is though, Charlie's Angels if not good is at least a lot of cheesy fun.  If you're up for it, go for it!

There are so many reviews and articles going on about how its all about girlpower etc. when in the end it is a man who tell them what to do, so go figure! also they say that they did not use guns because they were cowardly. How is kung fu any different? It is still a weapon which one can use. It isnt the weapon that is cowardly, its the person behind the weapon." (1/6/01)

It was like a never-ending story about what happened in there lives because they would never meet Charlie. You would also never expect girls beating up boys and winning against them and kkicking butt and that is what the angels could do.
