Nominating someone for Pet of the Month is easy!  Just fill in the useform below and consider your pet nominated!  

THE RULES: Pets are allowed to nominate themselves for an award, though we prefer receiving entries from their human owners (who are usually better typists).  All animals other than humans are eligible, but please don't nominate any plants or rocks...we can't accept those entries.  Chia pets are also not eligible for this prize.  Got all that?  Okay then...
